spacious room with a balcony, centrally located in old quarter, clean drinking water in reusable glass bottles
Light in internal rooms could benefit from blackout blinds!!! Shower facilities after check-out lack privacy!!! A more extensive waste management system for toiletries would be an environmentally friendly improvement!!!

Had an very nice stay in the Family Suite! Super comfy room, perfect for relaxing after exploring Hanoi. The staff, especially Joy and Anna, went above and beyond to help us plan our trips! Only downside, it was a bit noisy at times, but nothing too crazy.

absolutely lovely decor but I had to deal with the air conditioning shutting off the moment I removed the room key card, which is just rude! Also, the staff overly pushed me for a 10/10 review upon checking out, which made me feel like I owed them something. I almost left a good review, but just couldn't, sorry!

Awesome staff and comfy stay!
The fam suite was spacious and super comfy. The young staff were the best! They really looked after us and even packed breakfast when we left early for our Sapa trip. The restaurant had some great dishes too. Just wish there was more variety in the breakfast choices.
